2 Add oats, coconut flakes, almonds, salt, Maca powder and Boost powder into a large bowl. Mix together until well-combined.
3 Pour in the coconut oil, rice malt syrup, almond butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.
4 Spread onto a lined baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden. At the 20 minute mark stir the granola around before placing it back into the oven.
5 Allow to cool for 10 minutes before adding in the diced date pieces. Cool completely and store in air-tight jars.
