1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp nut butter
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp vegan choc chips

Method

1 In a small bowl combine the buckwheat flour, Fit Protein, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.
2 Add in the maple syrup, nut butter and non-dairy milk. Mix well to form a smooth batter. Gently fold through the chocolate chips.
3 Transfer into a small mug and top with an extra sprinkle of chocolate chips.
4 Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy and cooked through. Cooking time will depend on the power of your microwave.
5 Allow to cool slightly at room temperature then enjoy!
