GREEN SMOOTHIE
Crisp, fresh and delicious. This classical green smoothie will have you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
Ingredients
2 handfuls greens of your choice (baby spinach, swiss chard, kale...)
1 ripe and spotty banana
1 orange
1 cup frozen mangoes
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 tbsp Tropeaka Ultra Cleanse
2 tsp Tropeaka Cacao Powder
300mL filtered water

Method
1 Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar and enjoy with a Tropeaka Straw. Or take with you on the run in a Tropeaka Deluxe/Shaker Bottle!
