NEAPOLITAN NICECREAM PARFAIT
3x the nice, 3x the cream...3x the dream!
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao
1 tbsp maple syrup
splash of almond milk
2 1/2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp Tropeaka Lean Protein Vanilla (or sub for Tropeaka Protein + Collagen Smooth & Creamy Vanilla)
splash of almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp Tropeaka Immunity Powder
splash of almond milk

Method
1 Add bottom layer ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer into a jar and place in the freezer while you make the other layers.
2 Rinse out your blender then add in all the middle layer ingredients and blend until smooth. Spoon on top of the chocolate layer and return to the freezer again.
3 Finally, add all the top layer ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Spoon on top of the vanilla layer, add on toppings of choice such as strawberries, cacao nibs and rose petals, and enjoy immediately!
