NEAPOLITAN SMOOTHIE
Why try and pick between chocolate, strawberry and vanilla when you can just have them all!
Ingredients
Please Note: Before we begin this recipe, mix 2 heaped tsp Tropeaka Coconut Water Powder + 300mL water in a glass to use as the Tropeaka Coconut Water blend throughout this recipe.
Vanilla Layer:
1 large frozen banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp Tropeaka Lean Protein Vanilla (or sub for Tropeaka Protein + Collagen Smooth & Creamy Vanilla)
Splash of Tropeaka Coconut Water Powder blend
Berry Layer:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 tsp Tropeaka Immunity Powder
Splash of Tropeaka Coconut Water Powder blend
Chocolate Layer:
2 frozen bananas
1 heaped tsp Tropeaka Cacao Powder
1/2 tbsp Tropeaka Lean Protein Chocolate (or sub for Tropeaka Protein + Collagen Rich Double Chocolate)
1 Medjool date to sweeten
Splash of Tropeaka Coconut Water Powder blend

Method
1 Begin by blending all the vanilla layer ingredients first and pouring it into a jar. Place in the freezer while we make our other layers.
2 Add all berry layer ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour on top of vanilla layer.
3 Finally, blend all the chocolate layer ingredients until smooth & pour on top of berry layer.
