1 Preheat oven to 180*C. Combine rolled oats, almond meal, salt, maple syrup and coconut oil into a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
2 In a small oven-safe ramekin, add in the frozen blueberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract and Tropeaka Immunity powder and mix to combine.
3 Evenly spread the oat mixture on top and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy on top.
4 Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
