TOASTED CHOCOLATE MUESLI
Muesli is such a fun and easy solution for breakfast or hunger-cravings during the day! And with Tropeaka Cacao you're boosting it with a delicious, healthy chocolate flavour!
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats (look for uncontaminated gluten-free oats)
1/2 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao Powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp cacao nibs

Method
1 Add rolled oats into a pan and lightly toast until golden.
2 Transfer to a bowl once cooled down and combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3 Store in an air-tight jar and serve with your favourite plant-based milk or top onto smoothie bowls.
