VANILLA CHIA PUDDING
For all the vanilla fans, this chia pudding is for you! With just a little preparation overnight, you'll create an absolute morning delight!
prep: 7 minutes total: Overnight or (4-10 hours) serves: 1
- Your favourite toppings e.g. frozen berries, kiwi fruit, goji berries, banana, almonds, crushed nuts.
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk for 2 minutes until well combined
- Cover and allow to set in the fridge overnight or until it has become a thick gel like consistency
- Before serving, whisk again to remove any lumps
- Serve with your favourite fruit, nuts & granola if desired. Enjoy
