How should I approach my cleanse?

Should I take these with food?

How would I know I need to cleanse?

Can I still drink coffee when cleansing?

When doing a cleanse, you want to gently support the natural liver detoxification pathways.
If you drink more than 2 coffees a day, it is advisable to gradually decrease your intake by one coffee a day, every 3-4 days prior to a full diet and lifestyle cleanse. Even one coffee a day is best given up a couple of days before starting the product.
Can I drink alcohol whilst cleansing?

How long are the effects of cleansing likely to last?
It depends on the diet and lifestyle that is adopted after the cleanse is finished.
