1 Preheat oven to 180*C. Evenly spread the peanuts out onto a lined tray and roast for 8-10 minutes until golden.
2 Remove from oven and transfer into a blender or food processor.
3 Add in the cinnamon and sea salt and begin to blitz until the peanuts become a crumb.
4 Use a spoon or spatula to push down the edges as needed and continue to blend on medium until it becomes a paste. The more you blend, the runnier and smoother it will become. This process will take between 10-15 minutes.
5 Once smooth and runny, add in your protein powder 1 tbsp at a time and continue to blend on low until well combined.
6 Transfer into a clean jar and once cooled down, pop on the lid. Store at room temperature for 2-3 weeks or in the fridge for up to 2 months.
