I've been using Lean Protein for a little while now, and I can honestly say I feel a noticeable difference in my digestion and overall comfort. Bloating has reduced, and I feel more regular and balanced throughout the day.
This protein makes my body feel good and has no added nasties. The chocolate has more flavour than the vanilla, but 5 stars for clean ingredients with no negative digestive issues. I also like to add a heaped teaspoon of Topeaka's excellent organic cacao for added benefits.
For 2 spoonfuls I get my morning protein hit and tastes great, not too strong in my breakfast porridge. I know ots good quality protein too. I'm now a regular!
Great tasting and convenient for travel when you dont want to taker a big pack of protein and for getting through airport security with ease . enables me to stick to my protein intake while away from home.
